Taught by Cullen MacLennan. Classes will be held Wednesday evenings in April (9th-30th) from 6:30-9PM at Trade Oak Cliff (1300 S Polk St. Suite #246). We are located in the interior of Tyler Station and you will enter 3 doors down from Oak Cliff Brewery.

In this intimate, 5:1 teacher-student ratio class, students will get hands-on instruction as they throw pieces on the pottery wheel. Cullen is an incredible teacher and this class is great for beginners as well as those wanting to improve their wheel skills. Bring a bottle of wine or snacks if you’d like and wear clothes you can get clay on. (it washes out). Smocks will also be provided.

Night 1: Introduction to throwing and making bowls

Night 2: Gaining independence while throwing

Night 3: Trimming up pieces

Night 4: Glazing

Price includes all materials, glazing, and firing services. Pieces will be dishwasher and microwave safe when you get them back and will be ready for pickup 2-3 weeks after class. Please carefully read the parking details in your order confirmation email prior to class.
